The first General Coalition Meeting of Winter Quarter will take place on Wednesday, January 20th from 8-9:30pm.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Please complete and return your signed commitment form prior to attending the meeting to be considered an "affiliated" member. 
  • Add this meeting time to your calendar and relay this information to your designated representative (if you'll be sending someone other than yourself)
  • We have created a Winter Quarter Activities Form, please fill it out at your earliest convenience.
    • Let us know if you are having trouble accessing the document
    • If you don't see your organization or name listed, it is an indication that your commitment form has not been signed and submitted.

 

In lieu of an Executive Panel, our team will be running this meeting as well. We will be following the standard meeting agenda format (as outlined in the Procedures Manual). This meeting will provide another opportunity for us to come together, become familiar with the motions and procedures of monthly meetings, discuss Coalition business, and once again collectively determine the next steps for the Coalition. 
 
If you intend on joining the Coalition as either a member organization, an ex-officio organization, or independently as a graduate or professional school student, please fill out the appropriate form and email it back to us (at eppc@asucd.ucdavis.edu). If you are filling out this form on behalf of your organization, It is important that you thoroughly discuss it with your team, staff, or memberbase in advance of signing it. ONLY organizations and students that complete and return a copy of their commitment form prior to the meeting will be considered affiliated. 
 
Please fill out this form if you are interested in joining the coalition. It is being used as a way to gauge interest, create a listserv for important information, and to create an up-to-date contact list.

Attached is a link to a draft of the Bylaws, Procedures Manual, and the overview powerpoint presentation. These documents outline expectations, eligibility requirements, and the benefits of joining.
